JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai, challenging the order dated 06.08.2012 contained in Letter No. 18 by which the Panchayat Secretary of Gram Panchayat, Narharipur in Bhagwanpur Block, District -Begusarai, was pleased to communicate that the service of the petitioner as a Panchayat Teacher in Utkramit Middle School, Narharipur, stands terminated in view of decision taken by Panchayat Recruitment Unit,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11399 of 2013 (3) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 Narharipur, in its extra-ordinary meeting held on 06.08.2012. Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Begusarai, within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
