This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are family members of the informant, rather petitioner no. 1, Sheonandan Mistrym is father and petitioner no. 2 Ramdeyal Mistry, is brother of the informant. For property dispute, allegation is of commission of assault with intent to commit murder. The allegation is general and omni bus.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52633 of 2016 (3) dt.28-01-2017 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
