JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under sections 147, 148, 341, 427, 435 and 504 IPC, section 27 of the Arms Act and 17 of the Cr. L. Amendment Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown and the petitioner's name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Parshuram Pandey who has already been enlarged on bail, as mentioned in paragraph 8 of the petition. Nothing has been recovered from him and he is in custody since 5.10.2017. Petitioner is accused in three other cases which have been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the petition. In the facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as mentioned above, be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Jehanabad in Tr.No. 344 of 2017, Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 52 of 2004 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the

The bailor will also undertake to inform the court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner. (b) The petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
