ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 4/ 09-03-2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, several attempts were made to settle the dispute but it could not be done. Be that as it may, provisional bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 16.01.2015 in connection with Complaint Case No.356 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, is hereby confirmed on the same terms.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit `3000/-(Three thousand) per month in the court below firstly within fifteen days from today and subsequently by 15th every month which the wife of the Petitioner will be at liberty to withdraw without prejudice the right of the parties. However, if the Complainant/Informant
