The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ritesh Jha and Akash Jha. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
