Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner allegedly caused injury to Oumul Nesha, the Bhabhi of the informant, with bricks at her head. The impugned order reveals that Doctor has found cut injury of 1"x 0.5" on the frontal region caused by blunt object. Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
