2. This application, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been preferred against order dated 23.01.2015 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Supaul in Misc. Case No. 04 of 2011 whereby the learned Principal Judge has allowed interim maintenance of rupees seven thousand payable by the petitioner to opposite party no. 2.

3. A report was called for from the learned court below along with entire order-sheet and it appears that the petition filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was finally disposed of by order dated 18.06.2019 whereby the amount of interim maintenance was allowed to be the amount of final maintenance.
