Heard Sri Sudhir Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 10. The present petition has been filed, with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 18703 of 2011, which stood dismissed on 27-04-2016, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, particularly; statement made in paragraph - 4 of the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 18703 of 2011 be restored to its original file.
