This is a case registered under Sections 395, 397, 412 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

In relation to an occurrence of August, 2007, petitioner's counsel submits that on his own petition he has been remanded in this case on 8.6.2017. Since then he is in custody in connection with the instant case. Other than confessional statement of one co-accused, nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. Though the petitioner is accused in other cases which he disclosed in Para 3 of the petition but in the said cases he is on bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.56020 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai in Begusarai Mufassil P.S Case No. 286 of 2007 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
