The petitioner seeks bail in Barauli P.S. Case No. 211 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of petitioner has been disclosed by the villagers. In the written report it is alleged that villagers told the Police that petitioner along with two unknown persons after getting down from car run away towards maize field making firing. The Police found one empty cartridge and one abandoned car bearing registration No. WB-02-J-3101. The car belongs to brother of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.4.2019.
