2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have inflicted knife in the stomach of informant. Doctor has found simple injury.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
