Petitioners are in custody in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 35 of 2019 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case with regard to the same incidence. He submits that there is land dispute between the parties which is apparent from the FIR itself.

Considering the fact that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M., Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Sandesh P.S.
