Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 896 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 401, 411, 413, 414, 379 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against petitioner is recovery of nine stolen motorcycle from his residence, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year of custody in jail.
