The petitioners are in custody in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No.153 of 2016, a case under Sections 461/379 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of theft is against unknown. The petitioners are in custody since 17.12.2016. Submission is that the petitioners were never put on Test Identification Parade during investigation nor anything was recovered from their possession. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57943 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 P2/ already undergone by the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Raushanganj (Banke Bazar) P.S. Case No.153 of 2016, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
