2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter was sent to the Mediation Center vide order dated 05.12.2023. The dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them.

5. Considering the facts that the dispute has been resolved between the parties, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No.07(C) of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
