3 By this application, petitioner-association has sought modification of order passed in LPA No 1489 of 2011 being order dated 11.08.2015 in terms of order passed in MJC No 1931 of 2016 with Civil Review No 344 of 2016 which were disposed of by this Court on 10.08.2016 (The Rohtas District Non-Formal Education

Patna High Court MJC No.1017 of 2016 dt.25-01-2017 2/2 Instructor Association & Others -Versus- Sheo Bhajan Prasad Diwakar & Others) since reported in 2017 (1) PLJR 254. 4 We have considered the matter and, in our view, as people, similarly situated, have to be treated similarly, in order to maintain uniformity. The observations and directions, as issued in the case of Rohtas District Non-formal Education Instructor Association & Others (supra) would apply to the present petitioner-association as well.

5 With the said observation and direction, this application stands disposed of.
