The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that due to land dispute, Karu Yadav started to cause assault to the informant, Bipin Mahto, through fist and slaps, on which, informant called his brother, Sulendra on phone. When his brother, Sulender, came on motorcycle then Karu Yadav gave khanti blow at the head of

When the informant rushed to save his brother then Bikko Yadav and Bona @ Santosh Yadav (petitioner no.2) caused injury at his head through Khanti. Thereafter, Jahindra Yadav @ Jahangir (petitioner no.1), Pintu Yadav, Mukesh Yadv, Ram Bali Sao @ Biyas Sao (petitioner no.3) also came having lathi and stick in their hand and started to cause assault to the informant and his brother.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to land dispute, hot talk was exchanged in between the petitioner and the informant but with ulterior motive the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that the injuries, as found of the person of informant and his brother, are simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Shiekhpura, in connection with Karandey P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section
