The present application has been filed for quashing the order of cognizance dated 14.08.2018 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Jamui in connection with Sikandra PS Case No. 90/2017 (G.R No. 1234/2017) whereby and whereunder cognizance under Sections 272, 273 IPC and under Sections 30, 30(a) of the Excise Act has been taken.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to take all the points raised in this application at the time of framing of charge.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11336 of 2021(2) dt.28-04-2022 2/2 Permission is granted.

The instant application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
