The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 54 of 2021 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the first information report. The alleged motorcycle from which the illicit liquor has been recovered, was already sold by the petitioner to one Md. Ismile, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Further he
