7. That it is important to submit here that amount due in provident funds also has been made available to the petitioner lastly supplementary authority slip obtained to the office of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Ramgarh Chowk, Lakhisarai has also transferred to the account of the petitioner of amount received from the end of District Provident Fund Officer, Munger.

9. That it is humbly stated and submitted that to the best of the knowledge and information to this deponent, petitioner has received all the benefits regarding his retirement and nothing is due as on today."

In view of the aforesaid assertions made in the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no.7, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

Leave is granted.
