2. By the present writ application, the petitioner seeks a direction from this Court to the respondent-authorities to remove their lock from the premises leased out to the petitioner. In Mohalla Tilak Maidan Road, Muzaffarpur.

3. The authorities have filed counter affidavit stating therein that in fact lock was of the petitioner and the authorities have not put their lock at any point of time.

4. In view of the aforesaid assertion, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main grievance to the petitioner has already been equalized, hence, this application requires no further persuasion.
