2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of E.C. Act.

3. As per FIR, the informant is a Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer, Birpur and on 09.08.2022 when he received an information that a loaded truck with Urea (fertilizer) has overturned, he along with his colleagues reached at the spot and saw the Urea was lying scattered and neither any claimant of the said fertilizer came forward nor any valid paper was produced.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent and has falsely

5. On the other hand, the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur at Supaul in connection with Birpur P.S.
