Perused the order of learned Single Judge. This Court is not willing to act as an expert of experts over the appellate Medical Board's opinion about unfitness of the appellant due to medical reasons to enable him to get appointed under the Assam

Patna High Court LPA No.624 of 2015 (2) dt.19-07-2017 Rifles.

The learned Single Judge was correct after having perused the original opinions and records that the Court should be circumspect in matters of interference of such decision especially when it relates to appointment in the Armed Forces. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
