2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 725 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a sharp weapon causing grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Muffasil P.S.
