JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 By an order dated 08.07.2019, the petitioner was granted interim protection to the effect that in the event of his arrest or surrender, he would be allowed provisional bail. Since there was no direction for the petitioner to surrender before the court below in the order dated 08.07.2019 and furnish bail bonds for his provisional release on bail, the petitioner did not surrender and did not furnish the bail bonds and sureties.

Subsequently, by order dated 16.11.2019, the provisional bail allowed to him was confirmed. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that petitioner missed to comply with the order dated 08.07.2019 by presenting himself before the court below within

Be that as it may, considering the facts and circumstances, it is directed that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within four weeks from today, he shall be released on bail in terms of the order of this Court dated 08.07.2019 read with 16.11.2019.
