Petitioners are accused in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 131 of 202 registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are women. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Though the case has been instituted for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C., but charge-sheet has been submitted under section 306 of I.P.C. It is also submitted that petitioners are in custody since 20.06.2020, having no

Case No. 131 of 2020.
