The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Ziradei P.S. Case No. 30/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 472 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner and others is that letter no. 935 dated 16.08.2012 was forged by the petitioner and others.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no material on record to show that the petitioner forged the aforesaid letter. Although the Bihar School Examination Board has stated in his report that the aforesaid letter 935 dated 16.08.2012 was not issued by Bihar School Examination Board, but from perusal of the record, it appears that the Investigating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.797 of 2017 (3) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 Officer has not collected any evidence to show that the aforesaid letter was forged by the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 30/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
