17-11-2017 Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14-08-2017 in Mairwa P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, has prayed for grant of bail.

By way of referring to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition, it was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is having clean antecedent and in the present case, save and except confessional statement of coaccused, there is no other evidence to connect the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances, particularly the

No.55427 of 2017(2) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 fact that petitioner's name has come in confessional statement of the co-accused, clean antecedent as well as period of custody, let the petitioner namely Bhola Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge - II, Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 285 of 2017.
