The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406, 466, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the State submits that order dated 05.05.2022 and order dated 16.05.2022 has been complied with and accused Chandra Mohan Prasad has been arrested by the police. This fact is also supported by the Superintendent of Police, Patna.

The personal appearance of Superintendent of Police, Patna is dispensed with.
