The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44299 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 2/3 Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusations are of making assault for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the informant from her matrimonial house.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The main responsibility of taking care of and keep with dignity and honor is upon the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that informant is a short tempered lady and she is harassing her husband and in-laws in various modes.
In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44299 of 2022(2) dt.12-12-2022 3/3 satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Belhar (Khesar) P.S. Case No. 92 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
