2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail applications of the petitioner was rejected by this Court twice vide Cr. Misc. No. 48883 of 2022 dated 09.12.2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 50323 of 2023 dated 02.08.2023.

3. This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Piribazar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 17, 20 of the UAP Act.

4. Learned APP for the State has filed counter affidavit in the matter.

5. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been acquitted in the trial and
