At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 were arrested during the course of investigation. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner Nos. 1 and 2.

As prayed, the anticipatory bail application on behalf of petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1027 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there was case and counter case and both the parties have compromised the matter. A xerox copy of compromise petition dated 25th March, 2021 filed in the court of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, has been annexed with the record. He has further submitted that the sections attracted against petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 5 is bailable. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Nos. 3, 4 and 5 in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Ramgarh Chowk) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the
