2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 95.04 liters illicit liquor was recovered near the canal.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to police mechanism. Further submission is that the recovery of illicit liquor has been made near the canal, which is an open place. Nothing has been

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Judge, Excise (1), Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No. 148 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
