2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"1) For directing the respondents for proper investigation in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 310 of 2022 dated 22.04.2022, registered for the offences punishable u/s 419, 420, 406, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(II) Also, for directing the respondents to take all possible steps in course of investigation in order to arrest the accused persons and conclude the investigation in fair and proper manner in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.

310 of 2022.

(III) Also, for directing and

3. The prayer has been made for proper investigation and conclusion of the investigation.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation is going on and it shall be concluded at the earliest.

5. In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction that the police authority will not unnecessarily delay the investigation and conclude the investigation preferably within six months.
