JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 18-08-2018 The short submission made by counsel for the petitioner is that though he is not a party to the award of the Loak Adalat dated 27.07.2013, which prima facie appears from the order itself, action is being taken against him to make payment of the dues of the retired Chief Engineer one Mr. S.N. Pandey.

2. This Court has gone through the order dated 27.07. 2013. Prima facie it is evident that no consent has been given by the Bihar Education Project Council in respect of the dues claimed by the said Mr. S.N. Pandey. The consent has been accorded by the officials of the Education Department and not by any official of the Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.9653 of 2014 dt.18-08-2018 2/2 Education Project Council. The award dated 27.07.2013 prima facie does not cast any liability on the petitioner. The apprehension of the petitioner is therefore, clearly unfounded and without any basis.

3. In view of the findings recorded hereinabove, no orders need to be passed in the instant writ petition.

4. The same is disposed off.
