The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2012 registered under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya. Admittedly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 07.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. No. 46223 by this Court.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28185 of 2016 (2) dt.10-08-2016 anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail.
