2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to remove the encroachment made by Respondent No. 9 to 14.

3. The Circle Officer, Deo is directed to conclude the Encroachment Case No. 12 of 2022-23 within four months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order after hearing all the concerned parties.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
