2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511, 323, 448, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape with the victim.
4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2025.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has neither committed rape upon victim nor has he

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum- Special Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Aurangabad / concerned Court in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023.
