2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"(1) For directing the respondents for proper investigation in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 1218 of 2019 dated 12.10.2019, registered for the offences punishable u/s 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(II) Also, for directing the respondents to take all possible steps in course of investigation in order to arrest the accused persons and conclude the investigation in fair and proper manner in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.

1218 of 2019.

(III) Also, for directing and commanding the respondents to protect the right

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1482 of 2025(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 to life and property of the petitioner as granted under Article 21 of the Constitution of India."

3. Leaned counsel for the State submits that the investigation in this case has been concluded and final report has been submitted charge-sheeting some accused and exonerating some accused persons.

4. In these circumstances, this application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
