The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 315 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of specific allegation against the petitioner that he has sold the stolen motorcycle, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
