This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Gopalpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B) a and 26 of the Arms Act. 3.

One country made pistol and 15 live cartridges have been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025. He is accused in fourteen more criminal cases. 5.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
