2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 14 of 2026 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-AA), 25(1-b)a, 26(1) and 26(2) of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been caught along with one country made pistol, five live cartridges and other articles etc for manufacturing of arms.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 06.01.2026 having one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45640 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact the petitioner is involved in illegal manufacture of arms, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for the present.

8. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

9. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
