L.P.A. No.2191 of 2015 The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is to an order passed in the contempt petition wherein, the petition was disposed of. Such an order is not appealable in terms of Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The Appeal is dismissed as not maintainable.
