Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.218 of 2018, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 341, 379, 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others assaulted the informant and the petitioner fired through pistol upon the informant causing injury in his left hand. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case between the parties inasmuch as Hasanpur P.S. Case No.219 of 2018 has been lodged by the side of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the injury caused to the

On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the doctor has found gun shot injury upon the informant and further the allegation against the petitioner is demand of Rangari.
