Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1610 of 2021(3) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. No overt act has been attributed against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
