Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in Begusarai Town/ Nagar P.S.Case No.353 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. in any manner having hand in preparing forged documents regarding registration of two tankers which were under verification rather his name has come from one Kunwar Jha who has prepared forged document of the Tanker No.HR28D-9724 and HR28D-9726 and sold the same. In course of investigation the police has detailed in the case diary in which both the aforesaid numbers of the tankers are found to be
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75333 of 2018(4) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 of Scooters and as such Kunwar Jha is found involved in preparing forged documents for transfer of old vehicle without any basis in order to sell it. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in Begusarai Town/Nagar P.S. Case No.353 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
