This is an application for bail in connection with Jalalgarh P.S.Case No. 107 of 2017, corresponding to G.R.No.3072 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 356 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is that they were arrested while they were committing dacoity.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that as a matter of fact petitioners were also assaulted by accused persons and thereafter they were taken to custody and they have falsely been implicated in this case and they are in custody for three months, having no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56359 of 2017 (2) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such, prayer for bail is rejected. However, since the petitioners are in custody, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months.
