2. The prayer of the petitioner is that she may be called for the interview by the Bihar State University Service Commission, as per the Commission's notice No. 632 dated 25.05.2022. In the order dated 25.06.2024 passed by this Court, it has been recorded that the petitioner has been invited in the interview for the post of Assistant Professor (Maithili).
3. Since, the petitioner's prayer is only for allowing the petitioner to participate in the interview, as per the Commission's notice No. 632 dated 25.05.2022 and that she has
Patna High Court CWJC No.11131 of 2022(9) dt.14-05-2025 2/2 already been called for the interview for the post of Assistant Professor (Maithili) as recorded in the order dated 25.06.2024 passed by this Court, nothing survives to be determined further by this Court, having regard to the prayer made in the writ petition.
4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed off.
5. Connected I.A. No. 1 of 2022 and I.A. No. 1 of 2025 are also disposed off.
