The petitioner is in custody in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.03.2018. Earlier the bail petition filed by the petitioner vide Cr. Misc. No. 35199 of 2018 has been rejected vide order dated 20.06.2018. While rejecting the prayer for bail, the Court observed that the petitioner may renew for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge was framed on 27.07.2018 and as such more than six months has passed after framing of charge.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74571 of 2018(3) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 37 of 2018.
