Heard the parties in virtual Court.
The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Specific allegation against the petitioner is of commission of fire arm injury and death to the father of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 25.03.2019. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail for the present in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019.
Hence, prayer is refused.
